Dream of Me (2021)

As Producer and Assistant Director, I led scheduling, call sheet creation, and logistics management. I worked directly with the team to ensure all production activities were on time and in compliance with location-specific requirements, managing the daily timetable and coordinating the crew effectively.
The film required shooting across diverse and often challenging locations, including Royal Parks like Greenwich and Richmond, which needed special permits and risk assessments. Filming on rooftops and at TFL sites also posed logistical challenges, requiring additional permits and safety measures. A beachside shoot in Southend further added complexity, demanding special insurance and additional location permits.
Planning around limited daylight was crucial, and I coordinated each day’s schedule to maximise the available time while staying within the strict confines of permits. My role as AD was pivotal in managing tight timelines, ensuring the crew adhered to the detailed schedule, and keeping everything on track.
The project’s success was rooted in my planning and coordination. I managed various logistics and scheduling constraints, ensuring the production stayed on track and adhered to all legal and safety requirements. The film was completed smoothly, with all locations filmed within their specific windows.
