Spy Guy (2020)

As Producer, I was responsible for coordinating logistics, scheduling, and securing permits across several challenging locations. I created detailed call sheets, managed production timelines, and worked closely with the first AD to ensure the production ran smoothly.
The production's biggest challenge was filming on Waterloo Bridge in front of the MI6 building. I handled the logistics of obtaining permits from both Westminster Council and MI6, which required a formal letter and careful coordination to ensure compliance.
We also filmed a night scene using a replica firearm, which required police and council permits, along with clear signage and high-visibility vests for safety. I planned and communicated with the police to ensure they were informed of the shoot, minimising disruption.
For an indoor scene, I managed neighbour notifications and coordinated with the police for location permit approval, ensuring all required permissions were in place.
The production ran smoothly, thanks to thorough scheduling and planning. Managing sensitive locations like Waterloo Bridge and St. James Park deepened my understanding of legal requirements and safety procedures. The shoot was completed without major issues, and I successfully balanced creative needs with logistical demands.
