Disheartened (2021)

As Producer, I was responsible for overseeing all logistical aspects of the shoot. This included managing the challenging car sequences, securing permits, and ensuring smooth operations despite the tight budget and limited resources.
Filming in a moving vehicle presented logistical hurdles, but I worked directly with the police to secure a free permit for filming on a private road leading to a parking site. I handled car and gear insurance and coordinated with two drivers, ensuring everything was properly insured.
To simulate driving through city streets, the lighting team created a moving light effect at night, providing the desired look without needing a busy street location. I also faced the challenge of securing additional cast members for short, specific roles, which I managed through industry platforms like Mandy and StarNow.
The production was completed thanks to careful planning, strong coordination, and creative problem-solving. The innovative lighting effects helped us create a compelling visual narrative, while the efficient handling of logistics ensured that the shoot stayed on schedule.
